No confusion !

mode in use, and the player who is at move.

- Low battery consumption.
- Industrial strength players' and function buttons.
- Time for 2nd and 3rd time-control only added after BOTH players have reached
time-control.
- In the ‘Pause/Start’-mode, the number of moves already made
and the mode that is being used are quickly displayed.
- If the time-control exceeded by one of the players, a minus-indicator is
clearly displayed while the clock continues to run.
- 15 modes of which:
* the 7 most common controls in use by federations throughout the world;
* 5 with Fischer increments;
* 3 modes fully programmable.
- Runs a minimum of 3,000 hours on size C (Baby/ LR14G) alkaline batteries.
- Very user-friendly.
- Extremely simple to operate with a minimum of buttons.
- Allows the setting of one or more handicaps, i.e. different times and increments
for either player (like in golf) through three fully programmable modes.
- Choice of several ways to start the clock, complying with latest FIDE-regulations.
- Complies with all Laws of Chess.
- Official chess clock at the Aeroflot Opens 2002 and 2003 in Moscow.

Advantages over other digital clocks:
In Fischer modes 9, 10, 11, 12 & 13 + the fully programmable modes 14 & 15,
the time increments are automatically and visibly added on the clock. There
can be no doubt about accuracy!
- When switching on the unit, all indicators and LCD-signs are displayed
for 1-2 seconds.
- When one player exceeds time-control, large minus sign appears in order
to establish default but the clocks continue to run. This is a major failing
in some other digital clocks.
- When the 40th move (36 th in mode 6) or 60 th move is reached, the new
time is only added AFTER BOTH PLAYERS have made their move. This means that
the Black player will not get an unfair advantage by being alerted, if White
is FIRST credited with the new time, like in other digital clocks.
- It is easy to check the mode-in-use and the number of moves played in the ‘Pause/Start’-mode.
- Very user-friendly. The vast majority of chess players and events only
use the 12 fixed modes. Most other, seldomly used modes make up the bulk
of options in other clocks, and these only tend to lead to confusion. Almost
all these other modes can be set with the three available, programmable modes
- if need be.
- Very competitive in price.
- Very strict quality control and warranty period offered.
- Large LCD allows readability of clock from 10 meters (over 10 feet).
- Clock warns on the LCD when battery is running low.
